To submit your abstract to the British Orthopaedic Research Society meeting in Cardiff next summer, please use the on-line submission form that can be launched below. Please read carefully the notes on how to submit your abstract which can be viewed and printed here.

Please enter your information accurately, taking note that your title, authors and address should not exceed 255 characters. The title should be submitted entirely in uppercase letters and the abstract should be entered in a plain text format (no graphs, diagrams or tables) and should not exceed 3300 characters, including spaces. Symbols, Greek letters and simple formatting can be included in your abstract by following the instructions in the submission notes. In addition the abstract should include a clearly defined hypothesis or study aim; details of study design, size and statistical analysis where appropriate; and comprehensive discussion of findings.

Presentations will be judged during the meeting and prizes will be awarded for best oral and poster. If you are under 40 years of age at the meeting and will be the presenting author please indicate on the abstract form if you wish to be considered for an award (details).

Travel bursaries of £100 can also be applied for at the time of abstract submission. If you fulfill the eligibility criteria and would like to apply for a bursary please check the box on the online form and also fill out and fax the confirmation of eligibility form.
